Bonobo Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) operates the ACT UNIVERSE website (dogcatplanet.com). This policy explains how we protect your personal information under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and how we handle related complaints.
This is a translation of the Korean version. If the two differ, the Korean version applies.
1. Personal information we collect and process today
This website does not collect or store your personal information on the Company’s servers.
- If you type your name, phone number or other details into the inquiry form, the website does not send or store them. Online inquiries are not open yet, so please call us for now.
- There is no sign-up, login or payment on this site, and we do not ask for resident registration numbers or bank or card details.
2. Information processed automatically when you visit
When you open the website, the hosting provider’s servers may process access records such as your IP address, access time and browser or device details, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The Company does not use this information to identify you or combine it with other data.

- These tools tell visitors apart using cookies (identifiers stored in your browser); they do not identify you by name, phone number or similar details.
- If you do not want cookies stored, you can block or delete them in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly as a result.
- To opt out of Google Analytics individually, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Before we open online inquiries
Before we start accepting inquiries on the website, we will first revise this policy to disclose the following, and we will ask for your consent where required.

- How long we keep it and how we delete it
- Which companies process it for us and, if it is transferred abroad, the details
5. External services
This website links to external services such as Naver Booking, Naver Map, Naver Talk and Instagram. Those services handle personal information under their own policies, and this policy does not apply to them.
6. Providing personal information to third parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask to view, correct or delete personal information the Company holds about you, or to stop its processing. Contact us using the details below and we will act without delay and tell you the result. If someone acts on your behalf, we need a power of attorney.
