Yes. Some sectors are physical, so you may sweat. You can store your coat and bags in a locker on the 1st floor before you enter.
You can re-enter if you step out during your session, for example to use the restroom or get a drink. If you want to re-enter after your session has ended, you can do so after getting a ticket.
